1-year (12 months) warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Terms
- Coverage: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality, structural integrity, or primary aesthetic purpose of the product.
- Warranty Start: Coverage begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by our shipping partners.
- Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Covered Defects (Functionality, Structure, and Aesthetics)
The warranty covers manufacturing flaws that compromise product integrity, including:
- Tools/Equipment: Motor or electronic component failures, structural welding failures.
- Home Décor/Planters: Manufacturing flaws that compromise structural integrity (e.g., unexpected cracking), or aesthetic damage present at the time of delivery (e.g., significant discoloration not related to natural material variation).
- General: Broken or damaged components present at the time of delivery (and reported promptly).
What is Not Covered
The following are
not covered under warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected aging, dulling of blades, or minor fading from normal use or display.
- Customer Handling: Damage caused by improper use, handling, neglect, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow manual instructions.
- Aesthetic & Environmental Damage:
- External Damage: Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, improper storage, or display conditions (e.g., prolonged direct sunlight, extreme temperature/humidity).
- Natural Variation: Expected variations in color, texture, or finish of natural materials (wood, stone, terracotta) that do not affect functionality.
- Plants/Living Items: We do not offer a warranty on the continued life or health of plants after delivery, as their survival depends on customer care and environmental factors. We only cover damage that occurred during transit.
- Modifications: Alterations or repairs attempted by the customer or an unauthorized third party.
- Cosmetic Issues: Minor imperfections (scratches, small bubbles, etc.) that do not affect the product’s intended use or structural integrity.
Replacement Process and Timelines
If a product is determined to be defective under warranty:
- Initial Replacement Attempt: We will first attempt to replace your item with an identical product within 14 business days of warranty claim approval.
- Alternative Resolution (If Replacement is Unavailable): If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer you one of the following options within 3 business days:
- A similar product of equal or greater value (with your approval).
- A complete refund to your original payment method.
- Repair service when applicable.
- Repair Commitment: For approved repairs, we commit to completing the process within 30 calendar days. If repairs cannot be completed within this timeframe, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
