Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or a mistake was made
- We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked or DPD for secure returns
- Items must be well packaged to avoid damage during return transit

We cover return shipping costs when:
